Guardian Pharmacy of South Georgia staff members come to work each day with a positive mindset, knowing that the work they do is important to the lives of residents and caregivers in the communities we serve. As we implemented guidelines for protecting our staff and customers from COVID-19, our employees adjusted to a new work schedule that included shifts and three separate teams. Team A works 5 a.m.-1 p.m., Team B works 1 p.m.-9 p.m. and Team C, which operates remotely, works from 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
In an effort to keep our essential employees engaged and their spirits high, Lisa Lassiter and Haley Anderson created some meaningful messages to help uplift spirits and surprise staff during quarantine. Here are a few candy items that have been delivered over the last few weeks.
Additionally, a sweet, surprise thank you message was left outside the pharmacy’s front door one morning as a small way to thank our employees for displaying our core values of enthusiasm, compassion and dedication during this unprecedented time. We are extremely grateful for our entire team that has come together to continue providing exceptional service to our communities. Together we are #GuardianStrong!
