Please check stock remaining on any non-cycled medication or supplies that you may need for your residents and notify the pharmacy as soon as possible. Please check all non-cycled medications to include, but not limited to the following items:
Incontinence Products
Controlled Drugs
PRN Medications
Creams, Lotions, Topical
Eye/Ear drops
Nasal Medications
Inhalers/Breathing Medications
Insulin/Diabetic Supplies
Refrigerated Medications
Liquids/Patches
And anything that may be needed over the weekend and/or holiday
Notify Guardian via fax if any of the above items are needed for weekend and/or holiday use. Please remember the on-call pharmacist for emergencies only and there will be a $50.00 fee for any non-emergencies (deliveries that could have been prevented).
Residents may also get emergency prescriptions filled at a local pharmacy and Guardian will pick up the bottles and repackage them at no charge to the resident the following business day.
