Guardian Pharmacy will be offering a free proxy training on medication administration.
This training will take place on October 10, 2017 in Statesboro, GA. The training will start at 1 p.m. and end at approximately 5 p.m.
The facility will need to do the TOFHLA, careplans, and the checklists per state guidelines and maintain those at the facility. The facility will also need to provide facility specific training on policies and procedures as well as any resident specific training.
